Dr. Kessel is an attending physician, practicing medicine for the past 10 years as a skilled OB/GYN doctor. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with an MS in Biological Sciences and received his MD from Wayne State University in Michigan. He completed his residency training at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. He advanced in NYC in academically affiliated private practices, including New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Kessel is a talented and experienced physician. His extensive work teaching medicine and his expertise on endometriosis is a valuable asset to the group. In addition, his easy going demeanor, affable personality and patient-centered approach makes him a natural fit for the practice.
